Registration for the Conference is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. In case you are an accompanying guest below the age of 18, please select the appropriate package on the registration page

2.2 Registration Process

To register for the Conference, you must complete the registration form provided on the Site. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Registration Fees

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. The applicable fees are specified on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

 

3.2 Accommodation Fees

If you choose to book accommodation through the Conference, the associated fees will also be collected at the time of booking. These fees are additional to the registration fees.

3.3 Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. By submitting your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider. The Conference is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the payment gateway.

3.4 Refund Policy

All fees paid are subject to the refund and cancellation policy. Please visit the registration page for further information. If the Conference is cancelled, registrants will be notified, and a refund process will be initiated.

4.1 Cancellation by Registrant

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at registration@pedicon2026.com. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the refund policy stated above.
